CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. – Cheektowaga Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened inside of a home late Monday night.
Police officers were called to 212 Whitney Place around 11:50 p.m. Monday after emergency dispatchers took a 911 call from a man who said he had accidentally shot his father.

Assistant Chief of Police James Speyer tells Cheektowaga Chronicle that William Hardy, 54, died from a gunshot wound.
