Woodside Villas project granted green light by town board

CHEEKTOWAGA – The town board approved an Elma developer’s luxury apartment complex along the 4700 block of Transit Road.

Young Development Inc.’s site plan was accepted at last week’s town board meeting. The plan calls for the rezoning of 4714 Transit Road and adjacent properties for the construction of a complex dubbed Woodside Villas.

The complex will consist of four, two-story apartment buildings.  Each building will house ten luxury apartment units; 6 two bedroom units, 2 three bedroom units, and 2 one bedroom units.  Each apartment will have its own garage.

The 33-year-old development company bills itself as managing and maintaining some of Western New York’s finest apartment complexes, senior living communities, and commercial properties.
