CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. – Town firefighters aid in the funeral send-off a Lancaster man who was very involved in the emergency services.
Firefighters from Pine Hill Hose Company and Rescue Hose Company used their ladder trucks to fly an American flag over the entrance of Saint Stanislaus Cemetery late Friday morning.
Kevin A. Przybyl, 37, of Lancaster died unexpectedly Monday in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.
He was a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician with the Bowmansville Volunteer Fire Company and an EMT for MercyFlight. He was employed as a public safety dispatcher for the West Seneca Police and became a Depew police dispatcher last year.
He is survived by his wife, the former Michele E. Glinski; a son, Casey; and his parents, Anthony and Barbara.
