CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. – The Cheektowaga Town Board approved site plans to develop a vacant parcel of land along Broadway and demolish a vacant building on Transit Road to make way for a mixed use building.
C&S Engineers will construct a 69,000 sq ft. warehouse and office building on vacant land at 2821 Broadway.
The Town of Cheektowaga Planning Board recommended approval of the application at their meeting of December 8, 2016 and the Town Board approved the site plan at Tuesday’s meeting.
The Town Board also approved the construction of a two-story mixed use building on Transit Road.
Donato Developers, Inc. will construct a two-story, 13,223 sq ft. mixed use building at 4814 Transit Road. The existing office building will be demolished.
