CHEEKTOWAGA – The Cheektowaga Police Department has released a photo of the vehicle they think was involved in the shots fired incident at Walden Galleria on Mother’s Day.

The car appears to be a light-colored sports utility vehicle according to a surveillance photo released to the media Thursday.

Several shots were fired according to police around 2:50 pm on May 13 on the upper-level parking deck outside Macy’s south entrance.

Sgt. Shawn McAdams said at the time, “We don’t believe this is a random act, but we do believe this is a targeted act between two groups.”
