CHEEKTOWAGA – The owner of Cheektowaga’s Chick-fil-A is looking for the owner of a ring that was lost at her store a few weeks ago.
Cassandra Sheedy tells Cheektowaga Chronicle that a gentleman informed her that the ring was lost sometime during the grand opening festivities.
She says she took down the man’s contact information on a sticky note in the event the ring was found, but unfortunately that note was mistakenly discarded.
Recently, a man came into the store to turn in the ring. He told Ms. Sheedy that he found the ring in the store and he was going to return it, but he forgot about the ring with the craziness of the holidays.
The ring is now back in the custody of Ms. Sheedy, and she wants the man who reported it lost to come and claim it. The owner can come into the restaurant, call, or reach out to her by the business’s Facebook page.
As a reward, Ms. Sheedy, of course, gave the man who returned the ring some free chicken.
