Public Hearing: Urgent Care at Walden and Union

CHEEKTOWAGA – Mr. Ray Trotta with the permission of the landowner, Buffalo City Digs, LLC has made an application requesting the rezoning of 3450 Union Road from MS- Motor Service district to C- Retail Business to permit the demolition of a vacant gas station and the construction of a new 3,200 S.F. medical facility.

5 Star Urgent Care has several locations in Central New York and appears to be expanding into Western New York according to their website. They currently have offices in Niagara Falls and Jamestown.

A Public Hearing be held regarding said request under the provisions of the Zoning Law on April 24, 2018, at 7:00 pm, at the Cheektowaga Town Hall, 3301 Broadway at the corner of Union Road.
