ERIE COUNTY – The Erie County Legislature is proposing to enact a local law that bans smoking near and inside bus shelters.
A public hearing is scheduled for December 14th at 6:00 pm at Old County Hall, 92 Franklin Street, Buffalo. The public will have a chance to speak to the legislature about the law.
