The teen was charged Saturday night with three counts of Criminal Mischief.

Eyewitnesses told police around 8 pm Saturday that four teens were gallivanting in a Toyota Corolla shooting paintballs at several homes and vehicles.

Damage was reported on:

The police were able to obtain a license plate number and arrested the Depew High School student when he returned to his Croyden Drive home.

The suspect’s name was released to Cheektowaga Chronicle, but we are withholding it as his case could be adjudicated as a minor.

Cheektowaga Police said the teen was alone when he came home and that he didn’t provide the names of the three other individuals in the car at the time of vandalism spree.
