The man accused of shooting up a Cheektowaga Dollar General store this past November was arraigned in Erie County Court Wednesday morning.

A grand jury handed up an indictment charging Travis Green, 29, with Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Attempted Assault in the First Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

Mr. Green pleaded not guilty before Erie County Court Judge Sheila A. DiTullio and was remanded to jail without bail.  He could face 25-years in state prison if convicted of the charges.

The district attorney says Mr. Green became irate after requesting an employment application from the store, left the store, and then fired multiple rounds at the store with an AR-15 style rifle from the parking lot.
