CHEEKTOWAGA – The suspect accused of shooting up the Dollar General on Union Road November 14th was arraigned before Justice Dennis Gorski Wednesday.

Travis Green, 29, of Gardenville Drive, Cheektowaga, pleaded not guilty to Attempted Murder 2nd, Criminal Use of a Firearm, Reckless Endangerment, Assault, Unlawful Use of Body Armor, and Resisting Arrest.

Mr. Green’s mom Viola Green says stress was building up in his life over the past few months.

“It was building up over time and then by him having the body injury as a construction worker nine years ago – all the pain in his body – and the care and the cure that’s not helping him and his wife wants the separation, I believe he just got fed up,” said Ms. Green.

This is a developing story.
