CHEEKTOWAGA – A Union Road collision shop has submitted an application to the Town of Cheektowaga seeking to have an adjacent piece of land rezoned.

Donald Staubitz of Don’s Auto Body at 3160 Union Road is asking the town to rezone a vacant piece of land at 3184 Union Road according to an application filed with the town.

His business is looking to expand into the adjacent lot to accommodate a 50′ x 100′ asphalt parking lot.

The property will need to be rezoned Motor Service from Light Manufacturing.

The project will appear before the town’s Planning Board on December 12th.  The board meets at 7 pm in the town council chambers at Town Hall.
