1:08 am – The sign crew was notified that signs on East Delavan Avenue were switched around and needed to be fixed.

1:11 am – Officer on patrol checked out a man running down Cleveland Drive. He said he was just out for a jog.

8:02 am – Doyle firefighters were called out to get a car door open at a three-car crash on Cayuga Creek Road. One person was taken to Suburban Hospital by ambulance, another was taken to St. Joes, while a third signed off on further treatment at the scene.

9:48 am – One girl was arrested after a fight between two girls was stopped at Cleveland Hill High School.

1:45 pm – A call came out for animal control. A resident with a terminal illness was being taken to the hospital by ambulance. They wanted to turn their cats over to the SPCA because they could no longer care for them. The paperwork was handled by the dog control officer who brought the cats to the SPCA.

4:30 pm – Police were called to a neighbor dispute on Anna Marie Terrace. The caller said their neighbor is having packages sent to their house. She was afraid it was “something illegal” and didn’t want to open it. The mailman was told about the situation and tried to talk to the package sender – who “just laughed”. Police turned up and gave the offending items to the rightful owner and told them to use their proper address for mail.

9:47 pm – A couple guys were advised to stop talking to random customers about religion in the J.C. Penney’s parking lot at the Galleria. Police tried to advise them why it was inappropriate (i.e. trespassing) “as best they could”.

10:12 pm – A neighbor called to complain about a red SUV parked in a driveway on Medina Street. The car alarm kept going off multiple times. No one answered at the house when police stopped by.
