Cheektowaga Police Blotter: Wednesday, January 2, 2019

First responders were called to 161 calls for service on Wednesday.

4:22 am – A stolen vehicle was recovered during a traffic stop on Broadway near the Broadway Motel.

12:06 pm – The police investigated a fight inside a warehouse on Innsbruck Drive.

12:09 pm – A prisoner in the male cellblock was causing trouble and was transported to the holding center.

1:31 pm – The conduct of a student was investigated a Maryvale schools.  It did not rise to a criminal nature.

4:13 pm – A person came into the town hall and caused a scene over handicap place cards and the town code.  Staff was advised to call the police if the person returns and causes trouble.

9:11 pm – A known woman took a man’s car while he was at work on Sonwil Drive.
