Cheektowaga Police Blotter: Tuesday, December 25, 2018

First responders were called to 92 incidents on Tuesday.

12:30 am – A N. Pleasant Parkway resident called the police because she thought someone was in her house.  Police checked on her and determined there was no cause to her complaint.

12:39 am – An intoxicated man was arrested on Rockleigh Drive for “destroying” the house.

1:21 am – A male prisoner with a leg laceration was checked on by an ambulance crew.

7:31 am – Someone smashed the front window to Pine Ridge Pizza and Subs.  A burglary police report was filed.

11:02 am – The police wrote a suspicious occurrence report after someone let the air out of a set of tires at Williamstowne Apartments.  AAA later called the police to say they found damage to the tires.

6:00 pm – Seven police officers were assigned to a Walden Galleria patrol detail until midnight.

6:41 pm – A 61-year-old woman died at the Williamstowne Apartments.

9:47 pm – A vehicle hit a house on the 2100 block of Broadway in Sloan.  One person was transported to ECMC by ambulance.  Sloan firefighters checked on a possible natural gas leak.
