12:58 am – The police attended to a domestic disturbance on Deborah Lane. No one was arrested.
3:09 am – A traffic stop on Union Road yielded an arrest for disorderly conduct.
8:23 am – A Buffalo resident was told by the police that he must receive a police escort any time he needs to go to the school at 170 Rosewood Terrace. The principal called the police after the man was yelling and screaming at the women staff members.
9:44 am – A student at the Baker Academy School on Alexander Avenue brought a pellet gun to school. The police conducted a full threat assessment, and the weapon was confiscated.
11:33 am – The police assisted a business at 2345 Walden Avenue while they terminated an employee because the managers felt the employee would cause a scene when the news was delivered.
2:01 pm – A student at Harkness Career and Technical Center was arrested for narcotics possession.
2:22 pm – An employee at the Thruway Plaza Tops Market fell into a grease trap filled with hot water and suffered burns. An ambulance responded, but it was not determined if she was transported to the hospital. The police documented the incident as a routine EMS call.
3:41 pm – A resident of Walden Avenue said a stray dog was in her house and it killed a cat. Scared for her two kids. The dog was taken into the custody of the dog control officer. He said the dog appeared “friendly” to people.
6:42 pm – A group of around eight girls was fighting on Southgate Road and scattered when patrolling officers descended on their quasi-fight club. A few girls were recording the fight. Some of the kids were found by police and advised not to fight.
7:59 pm – Six kids were ejected from the basketball courts at Nob Hill Park.
8:07 pm – The police arrested a man outside the Family Dollar on Genesee Street for trespass. The subject was sprayed with pepper spray by a customer.
