Cheektowaga Police Blotter: Thursday, December 27, 2018

First responders were called to 132 incidents on Thursday.

5:00 am – A man wearing a silver mask and a gun held up the Harlem Road 7-Eleven.

7:13 am – A 62-year-old woman died in her sleep on Bernice Drive.

12:20 pm – Man came into police headquarters to report that his cell phone was stolen while at the Walden Galleria.  He told the police that his coat was hanging on a coat rack while he ate a restaurant and someone took the phone out of his pocket.

1:19 pm – The Losson Road Library wanted a report to document an incident on October 22nd.  A patron threw a computer. It was inside a tough case and the computer still works.  The library doesn’t want to prosecute, just documented to aid in barring the individual.

4:24 pm – The police searched the area of 3950 Union Road for a man who grabbed the buttocks of the complainant.  He then fled westbound on George Urban.

8:00 pm – Three people were ejected from the mall for unruly behavior.

11:20 pm – A person checked into South Buffalo Mercy Hospital to report a rape.  They said the rape happened after a work Christmas Party around 4 am in a car on Harlem Road.
