CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. – The Cheektowaga Planning Board will review the site plan and special use permit for the new Chick-fil-A restaurant at their upcoming meeting according to paperwork filed with Erie County.
Cheektowaga Town Planner Daniel J. Ulatowski notified the County’s Division of Planning of the company’s plans to demolish an existing 7,500 sq ft building at 1753 Walden Avenue which housed the Famous Dave’s BBQ restaurant. A new 5,000 sq ft restaurant building and drive-thru will be erected.
The planning board will take up the matter at their August 9th meeting at 7 pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
We originally reported that the next planning board meeting would occur on August 10th. The Town changed the meeting date to August 9th.
