CHEEKTOWAGA – Charges in a recent case involving Cheektowaga’s Deer Lady could be dismissed if she stays out of trouble for the next few months.

Anita Depczynski, 78, learned on Thursday that the charges of stalking and harassment against her could be dismissed if she follows the conditions of an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal set out by the court until July 10th court records say.

If the conditions are met, the charges are dismissed, and the record is sealed.

Cheektowaga Police arrested Ms. Depczynski on May 1st after a disturbance with her son on Randy Way.
