CHEEKTOWAGA – Benderson Development Company has submitted plans to the Town of Cheektowaga seeking permission to erect a fast food restaurant on an outparcel of land in front of the Walmart store at 2500 Walden Avenue.

The proposed 2,420 square-foot building will house a Wendy’s restaurant with a drive-thru.  Access to the restaurant will be through the Walmart parking lot.

Seven parking spaces will be on Wendy’s outparcel property while an additional 31 spaces will be provided by Walmart through a reciprocal easement agreement.

The site plans will be discussed at the next Planning Board meeting on December 10th at 7 pm in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall.
